TDS Series Speed Reducers and Helical Gear Sets
- These units incorporate precision gearing (in single, double, triple, quadruple, and quintuple reductions) enclosed in heavy-duty cast iron or fabricated steel housings. Type TDS standard features include through hardened single helical gears, tapered roller bearings, large inspection plates, a positive splash system for lubrication, extra wide bearing spans and center bearing supports; all to provide a rugged, reliable unit with proven dependability in virtually every application. All Type TDS units can be assembled with a variety of horizontal input and output shaft arrangements extending on either side of the speed reducer. Hollow output shafts are also available

Moduline® Concentric Speed Reducers
- All units incorporate precision helical gearing in single, double, triple, and quadruple reductions, rugged cast iron housings, and tapered roller bearings. Ratio changes and servicing is made easy with a removable high-speed end
- Type R Speed Reducers can be arranged for floor, wall, or vertical mounting. Accessories and modifications include bedplates, outboard bearings, backstops, cooling fans for added thermal capacity, motor mounts, C-Flange adaptors, flexible couplings, taconite seals, OSHA approved coupling guards, special marine duty features, custom output shaft dimensions, taconite seals, and special ratios.

Delroyd Worm Gear
Standard and Custom Worm Gear Speed Reducers and Worm Gear Sets
- The exclusive use of the Delroyd Standard involute helicoid thread form on the worm and gear provides for high efficiencies and long service life. The hardened, ground and polished alloy steel worm develops a smooth, work hardened surface on the bronze gear. For this reason, the worm gears wear in and improve with prolonged service while other gears are wearing out
